These glass "carboys" or fermenters of 11 litre (5 US Gallons) capacity and are ideal for making wine or slightly smaller batches of beer particularly "buggy" beers because glass is completely impermeable to gases, is virtually scratch proof and is very easily cleaned and sanitised.
