NBC Lager Fresh Wort Kit

Description

Even the non craft beer lovers like this one. Light in both colour and flavour Neighbourhood Brewing Co. have used a subtle amount of the traditionally German Hallertau hop in the boil which gives a light spicy and flowery flavour.

Brewing Instructions

Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter.
Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack's M54 California Lager yeast, Yeast Nutrient and Dry Enzyme
Add Hersbrucker finishing hops on day 7.
Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
